I did my session almost 2 weeks ago and haven’t touched one cigarette since. No craving and people smoking around me doesn’t bother me. If you are willing to stop, that’s one definitive way. Getting rid of ashtrays and lighters helps stop thinking about it as well so do your part! – 09/10/2026
