Un immense merci à Joana de chez Laserostop Ébène ! Nous avons suivi le traitement de sevrage tabagique le 10 janvier 2026 et le résultat est au-delà de nos espérances.Il faut savoir que nous fumions chacun environ 10 à 15 cigarettes par jour depuis plus de 10 ans. C’était une habitude solidement ancrée, et pourtant, deux mois plus tard, nous n’avons plus aucune envie de fumer.
Notre expérience :
Le premier mois : Bien sûr, les habitudes ont la dent dure. Le premier mois a demandé un peu de volonté, mais il s’agissait plus de pensées réflexes que de réels manques physiques. Nous avons réussi à gérer ces moments en mangeant des fruits et en passant beaucoup de temps en extérieur, dans la nature, pour nous changer les idées.
Le bilan après 2 mois : C’est une victoire totale ! Les envies ont disparu et nous nous sentons libérés de cette dépendance.

Respiration : On sent vraiment qu’on respire mieux, le souffle est plus court.
Apparence : Notre peau est devenue beaucoup plus éclatante.

Laserostop has been very helpful.Although smoking is not a habit easy to get rid of, the laser still somehow has allowed a heavy smoker like me to have lesser cravings and allowed me to stay nicotine/cigarettes free. I’ve had my treatment done since a week now and still going strong. This is the first time in my life that I’ve been able to stay away from nicotine for more than 4 hours. I’m at 7 days free now. I went to LaserOStop about a month ago and I’m very happy with the results. I haven’t smoked since the session!The treatment really helped remove the physical need for cigarettes, and the cravings became much easier to manage. The rest is up to your own willpower, but it definitely makes the process much easier. I also had zero side effects.

My first experience was awful and I restarted smoking the second day after my treatment. I lost hope in the treatment and was thinking, this treatment was a scam.I decided to take the treatment again as it was under a one year warranty. It’s now been 7 days without smoking or the want to smoke. Irrespective whether I’m with other smokers, I still don’t feel like smoking.
